Five things, none of them homework.

The organization, in a sentence. What it does, roughly how many people.

What you are up against right now. What you want to make possible, and what is getting in the way.

What tools are already in use. Accounting, CRM, email, anything with AI in it already.

Anything that must stay private. So I know what not to ask about on the call.
